Terms of Service

1. The service

itsmyweek is operated by a sole proprietor trading under the itsmyweek brand. itsmyweek is a cloud-based weekly planning and task management SaaS. It lets users create and organize schedules, activities, tasks, and reminders. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Accounts and user responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep your linked Google account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you create.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions, trial, and payment

Each eligible account may start one 14-day free trial without providing payment details or creating a Paddle subscription. When the trial ends, Pro access requires purchasing a subscription. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription and no payment is taken unless you complete checkout. Available billing intervals, subscription prices, and currencies are displayed on the pricing section of our website and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions purchased through checkout are billed in advance at the selected billing interval and renew automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes and the final charge are shown at checkout. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.

6. Intellectual property

The service, software, design, and itsmyweek brand belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively after any notice required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
